What is Acceleration?
What is an Acceleration program?
An immersion with technical sessions for those approved in the qualifying challenge. In addition, whoever completes the Acceleration journey may have the opportunity to join TONNIE.
What are the prerequisites to participate in TONNIE's International Career Acceleration?
To participate in TONNIE's International Career Acceleration you must:
- Have more than 3 years of experience in Java, .NET Core or Data Engineering
- Have intermediate or superior English (minimum B1+ level);
- Availability and interest to move to Portugal, the third safest country in the world, in the city of Leiria, a fantastic location located between Lisbon and Porto. It has a great quality of life, cost of living lower than large centers and the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (Postgraduate) location;
- Complete higher education
How does the qualifying test work?
The qualifying test is held online. It consists of 3 questions for algorithm coding in Java (here you get your hands on) and 10 multiple choice questions in Java.
How long is the qualifying challenge?
You will have 100 minutes to complete all questions in the qualifying test.
When should I complete the qualifying test?
You can complete the qualifying test immediately after you register or at your most opportune time until 11:59 p.m. January 6th, provided you have not started it.
How many times can I complete the qualifying test?
You can only complete the qualifying test for the program once.
How do I know if I passed the qualifying test?
Immediately after completing the qualifying test, the system calculates your grade and informs you of the result on the screen, in addition you will receive a confirmation email, indicating your approval and information for the next activities.
I'm from another city, can I participate in the Acceleration?
Yes, the International Career Acceleration #3 TONNIE – Talent On European Experiences program is online and allows the participant to complete the journey anywhere in the world, as well as the hiring possibilities for Acceleration graduates.
