I am an Electrical Engineer with 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, during which (and where) I have had the chance of working in several departments while playing different roles, from production assembly to avionics to maintenance coordination to customer support to engineering. I am also an enthusiast and passionate about aviation and technology, and most importantly, an open-minded professional who believes in the power of teamwork, collaboration, and commitment.

The last 7 years have been dedicated to customer support and engineering in the private aviation industry (aircraft maintenance support), where I could acquire and develop some hard skills such as troubleshooting complex issues (electrical, mechanical, avionics), multilingualism, and computer skills. I have also developed some soft skills such as teamwork, empathy, willingness to continually learn and improve, critical (and analytical) thinking, problem-solving, and one of the most important and relevant in this industry: effective communication.

Being passionate about technology, I am continually learning and developing IT skills (Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, Python, Git, GitHub, etc). Software development, critical analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and some other skills are closely related and have immensely helped me think outside the box, finding reliable solutions to critical situations, in a timely manner, which is the highest demand in the aviation industry.
