Since I started my journey in the job market, I have always sought to absorb as much knowledge as possible from the positions I have held. Today, I am very proud to work for a global technology company, where I work as a level 2 technical support. In this position, I assist analysts in critical cases and technical questions, as well as help manage the entire operation at the Brazil level and also some teams in Europe.

Recently, I completed my degree in Computer Science and I am constantly studying in the field of Data Science, with a greater interest in the area of IoT for residential, industrial, and other automations. I am looking for opportunities to transition my career and work in the data field.

I believe that the willingness to learn is essential to achieve results, and I have always been dedicated and proactive in the activities I perform. If I don't know the answer to something, I am not afraid to say "I don't know", but I really want to learn.
